Dear Rita, What can I say, the flowers were SO stunning. Thankyou SO MUCH. I think every single guest commented on the magnolias, and I’m still getting comments. They looked so beautiful. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was with the flowers. They were just perfect. The ceremony flowers were just spectacular, and perfectly positioned (thanks I know this was a bit of a hassle!) and made such a beautiful ceremony even more special. Rita is a tremendously talented florist who made all of my wedding dreams come true. I recently married in Melbourne, but planned the entire wedding via email and over the phone from my home in Los Angeles. Rita made this process an absolute breeze.

From the first time that I spoke with Rita on the telephone (she was referred to us by a friend), I knew that I was in very capable hands. During our initial conversation, Rita really listened to what I was envisioning -- we were getting married in the gardens of Rippon Lea and wanted the flowers to have a very classic and timeless feel to them, including a floral archway that my fiance and I would stand under during the ceremony.
The first time I saw the archway was on the day of my wedding and it truly was the most beautiful work of art I'd ever seen. It was just covered in flowers and looked as if it had magically sprouted from the ground. It was exactly what I had envisioned all along and really made the ceremony so special. We got so many compliments on all of the flowers, not only at the ceremony site, but at the reception and all of the bridal party flowers, which were all done just beautifully. Rita was such a pleasure to work with and really made our wedding memorable. Rita, I can't begin to tell you how much I loved the flowers. Our entire wedding ended up with this amazing tropical feel to it, despite the fact we were in the middle of suburbia. The large arrangements set the space for the ceremony and were absolutely magnificent!!! There were so many comments, in fact one of my male friends complained that he was sick of hearing the women go on and on about the flowers. Our bouquets were beautiful, simple and elegant. Lily loved carrying her little bouquet around, she held on to it for the entire ceremony and the photos that followed – amazing for a 1 year old. 'My wedding flower requirements were simply a bouquet for myself and a buttonhole for my husband, along with some foliage based decorations for the tables. I sent Rita a photo of my bridal outfit (1920s style pants and top) and a description of the venue and left it in her hands. In her design, Rita took my taste, the outfit's look and the theme of the wedding into account and created a unique arrangement of green hues and using tropical flowers and foliage, based on a bouquet design of the early 1900s. The stylish and elegant arrangement perfectly complemented the overall design of the wedding and far exceeded anything I could have imagined. I received compliments from many guests throughout the evening.
